So, just before the closing hours of the Consitutional Convention of 1787, they inserted an ‘In Case of Emergency, Break Glass’ clause. It was called the Article V Convention.
This book tells the story of how we got into this State of Emergency, and why a Convention of States is needed to save the Republic from the evil that seeks to destroy it.
