Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days.

Products and samples are not processed on weekends or holidays.  Mostly, they are processed with 12 hours after 10PM New York time of the date of payment.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All shipping is by international mail services.  The optimum route of shipping is selected by the company to ensure successful delivery.

*Due to the extremely poor historical performance of the Canadian mail service, it may take 2 or more attempts to deliver product successfully.  All shipping costs will be borne by the shipper and come at no additional charge to the customer.  After 2 unsuccessful attempts to deliver product through Canadian mail methods, we reserve the right to refund the full purchase price and allow the customer to try to buy the product another way.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses in most cases should be successful to accomplish delivery.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Due to the volume and complexity of the international shipping methods, tracking information will be provided by written request only.  Protection of the identity of the customer is paramount four our company.

Customs, duties, and taxes

All customs, duties, and taxes are included in the price.

Damages

Due to the high value of our product, theft can occur.  Although X-Squared Radio is not liable for any products stolen or lost during shipping, we will attempt to ship lost or stolen product at our expense at least once. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We have shipped successfully everywhere in the world, except for Canada.  Due to the extremely poor mail service in Canada, we experience high losses of deliveries.  We will make multiple attempts at our expense to find a way through to your address, but we reserve the right to refund the full purchase price, if we determine success is not possible to your address.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns.  If we refund your money for whatever reason, and you still receive your product, you are free to gift it to whomever you wish.
